10x10 Contest Entries World

I decided to start a blog to track the world status and share screenshots with those who might be interested.  A short background on the custom world I'm making for The Sims 3...  It will contain the entries submitted to Cherryberrybloo's 10x10 home contest.  To match the tiny theme, all of the residential lots will be 10x10 as well as many of the community ones.  Any that need to be bigger will be on the next largest reasonable size (I am only using standard sizes available in the in game world editor so that people can easily share lots).

A friend on the official gifting page urged me to narrow down the theme of the world.  It's very eclectic as there are many different architectural styles used in the 10x10 lots, but I've settled on "sleepy USA coastal town with a small tourist industry and, through that, multicultural influences".  After the background and routing has been finished, it should look like a peninsula containing a beach surrounded by cliffs.

Here is the newest addition to the world.  I relocated the graveyard from the main road to a much spookier cliffed hill that will also contain a gothic house and trees.  I thought a winding dirt road was more appropriate than right off of the main highway (despite that being the situation of many cemeteries in real life).
